Our team at HB Hydraulics are highly skilled with a vast range of expertise built from in excess of 25 years in the industry.

As maritime system pipework specialists, we provide expertise in the manufacturing and installation of hydraulic pipework and hoses encompassing fabrication, welding, cold forming and other manufacturer specific pipe sealing systems. Hydraulic and chemical flushing and pressure testing of completed systems in the marine environment are conducted.

Competent in all aspects of maritime pipework systems, our services include the fabrication of all industry standard materials including but not limited to Carbon steel, Stainless steel and CuNi.

Experienced in the installation of industry standard pipe systems including Chibro, Mapress and the use of Axilock couplings.

HB Hydraulics offer proficient on-site servicing, repairs and tests of hydraulic machinery and modifications to in-service system pipework.

A full pressure testing facility for completed pipe systems forms part of HB Hydraulics expertise and we can provide pressure gauge and pressure relief valve testing alongside calibration on site thereby reducing delays.
